Terms of Service
These terms describe use of the FOMO ROOM website operated by FOMO Marketing Entertainment Inc. Service availability depends on onboarding, safety requirements and local law.
Who may use FOMO ROOM
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service in your location. Give accurate account information, protect your password and access credentials, and complete the checks required for the features you request. Account access does not grant staff permissions.
Current availability
The free launch includes account setup, profiles, private uploads and approved free creator posts. Free livestreams are available only when enabled and actively moderated. Creator media requires email verification, current account terms and manual account identity approval. Paid subscriptions, coin purchases, tips, paid bids, messaging and creator payouts are unavailable. No displayed coin grants a cash value or payout entitlement. There is no paid bidding or checkout during this release.
Your content and responsibilities
Upload only material you have the right to provide and permission to use. Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, nonconsensual, infringing or deceptive content, impersonate others, abuse the service or attempt to bypass access controls. Identity documents belong only in the designated encrypted verification form. Providing an image does not establish production publication clearance.
Free publication and broadcasts
For this release, submit only your own non-explicit content in which only you appear or are heard. You must hold the rights to every included image, video, audio and other material. Each post version and live session needs your specific consent and a separate staff review before publication. You retain ownership and grant FOMO ROOM a limited permission to host, process, review and deliver the approved material for the requested service. Your chosen display name, approved title and caption may be visible to visitors; media is available to verified members. A profile or private-upload approval does not authorize publication. Editing a post removes approval and requires renewed consent. You can withdraw a post or end a live session. New access then stops, but already delivered playback, saved copies and technical processing may not stop immediately. Do not include other people, explicit sexual content, minors, nonconsensual material, unlawful content or unlicensed music.
Reports, blocks and urgent removal
Use the report control on a post or live room for consent, age, copyright, harassment or other concerns. Blocking hides a creator from your signed-in discovery and new viewing access. For urgent removal requests, copyright notices or account-decision appeals, contact support@fomoroom.com with the content identifier or page URL and a description. Do not email identity documents or passwords. We review reports and may remove material or restrict access during investigation. Response times are not guaranteed, and this is not an emergency service.
Review and eligibility
Manual ID and selfie review records an administrative decision about the submission. It does not establish liveness, document authenticity, performer consent, creator payout eligibility or compliance with every applicable law. Additional checks may be required before a feature becomes available.
Privacy and storage
Our Privacy Policy explains information processing, available controls and retention. You can remove private media or withdraw a pending identity submission using the provided controls. Clearing browser activity does not delete account records or files stored by the service. Contact support@fomoroom.com for account or privacy requests.
Availability, moderation and changes
We may restrict features or access to address safety, security, legal requirements or misuse. We may change these terms or the available services and provide notice where required by law.
